There’s no delivery, set up and removal fee. The tent rental package includes the tents, tables, chairs and delivery, removal services.

We usually deliver and set up on Friday afternoons – Saturday early morning. Pick ups can be arranged any time on Sunday until Tuesday. A detailed delivery and pickup time will be provided in your rental agreement.

We strongly suggest that you have an adult over the age of 18 on your property to receive the delivery. However, if you’re unable to have someone to receive the delivery, then please mark out the area where you would like your rental placed.

All scheduled deliveries are made rain or sunny. Most times rain is not a cause for delay.

All rental reservations required a 50% deposit on a credit card to book and hold the equipment for you. Your 50% deposit is fully refundable for up to 30 days prior to your event. For any cancelations after 30 days, customers will receive a credit on their account to be used within one year of cancellation.

Based on our experience, we have tried to simplify this process for our customers. We have 3 different tent rental package options. Up to 40 people events, up to 60 people events, or up to 80 people events. 

If none of these options are right for you, then contact us and let’s build your customized tent rental package.

We strongly advise to book your tent rental package as soon as possible to ensure that we have an opening, however, we try to accommodate last minute orders. To place an order, contact us today and we will send a link with the contract and payment portal. 

The total balance of your order must be paid before our arrival with your delivery, 14 days prior to the event. You may setup prepayment with a credit card. North Shore Tent Rental does not accept personal checks as a form of payment.

Your 50% deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your event. If you cancel after the 30 day period, we will credit the full amount to your North Shore Tent Rental account. You may use this credit towards your next event for up to a year from the cancellation date. If you do not use the credit after a year, you will forfeit your deposit.  

We require you to mark out your yard if you have any underground utilities.  We will not be held responsible for damages pertaining to underground systems, wires, etc. Tents cannot be erected on leaching fields.
